Eligibility
Member Clubs must be in good standing with DYSA to host a tournament. DYSA does not issue Permission to Host to organizations that are not affiliated with DYSA. When a private organization or facility is requesting hosting permission, the permission will only be granted to the club and not to the facility, organization or sponsoring member of the tournament.
Procedures for Submitting a Permission to Host
To obtain Permission to Host, complete the Application to Host.
A fee of $50.00 must be paid at the time of submitting the application. Clubs must upload a copy of the
Tournament Rules when completing the application. NO PAPER FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEGINNING WITH THE 25-26 SEASON.

Hosting Teams from outside of the United States
If you are inviting teams from outside of the United States, you must obtain permission from United
States Soccer Federation (USSF). Download the USSF APPLICATION TO HOST A TOURNAMENT OR
GAMES INVOLVING FOREIGN TEAMS form. Complete the form and send it to DYSA along with your DYSA
Permission to Host and a check for $75.00 made payable to USSF. DYSA will forward the form to US
Soccer along with your approved Permission to Host form. Instructions for completing the USSF form
are on the aback of the form.
Post Tournament Report
The hosting organization must complete a Post Tournament Report and submit to DYSA Office within 30
days after the tournament. Failure to file a report shall preclude the tournament from receiving
sanction for any tournament for the following seasonal years until the report is filed.
TOURNAMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL TEAMS
Any tournament looking to accept foreign teams needs to also complete the following forms and be familiar with the specific US Soccer rules. Submit the completed forms to DYSA along with the above documents and DYSA will review, sign off where required and return to you. Once received you will need to submit to US Soccer along with payment in the amount of $75. US Soccer requires the forms a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.
