Sebastian  joins us with experience working in all aspects of youth soccer. He worked at Delaware Union as the Director of Operations and Director of Coaching until the end of 2022. In 2023 he moved to Sporting Delaware and worked as a programs director. He became our Social Media Director in late 2023.
Sebastian has experience in the high school game as a current head coach at Odessa High School Boys and Girls Soccer Teams. He currently works with the ODP Program as the head coach of the 2011 and 2010 girls teams respectively.

LAURA STURDIVANT, MEMBER SERVICES SPECIALIST Email Laura started her soccer career over 30 years ago as a soccer mom when her two boys began to play.  She joined the board as the secretary and has held various positions on the board for 29 years, including being the first female president of DYSA.  She previously worked at Kirkwood Soccer Club as the Executive Assistant for 15 years, before becoming the Executive Director of DYSA in April 2016. Laura is semi retired and remains a part-time employee for DYSA. In her spare time, she enjoys her grandchildren, spending time with her family and cruising.
TERRY REED, COMMUNITY OUTREACH DIRECTOR Email			Terry joined Delaware Youth Soccer Association in April, 2018. Terry’s background includes more than 15 years in Human Resources, Community Outreach and Engagement, Special Events, Grant writing, Marketing and Communications. In her spare time she enjoys reading, crocheting, and being at her grandchildren’s events which include:  soccer, gymnastics, and swimming.
TYLER BASTIANELLI, DIRECTOR OF TALENT IDENTIFICATION AND ODP Email			Tyler is a former player for Kirkwood Soccer Club and Hockessin Soccer Club (now known as DEFC-Hockessin).  He holds a USSF National “C” license.  Tyler is a former USSF National Training Center Staff member and is the current Sporting Delaware Director of Player Development.  He is the Head coach of the DEFC ’00, ’04 and ’07 boys’ teams and is a Philadelphia Union Academy Scout.  Formerly, he coached for DE Rush and the Philadelphia Union Juniors.
IMRAN KHAN, DIRECTOR OF DELAWARE GIRLS SOCCER INITIATIVE Email			Imran is a former Goldey-Beacom College player.  He has worked in the soccer environment for over 18 years.  He has coached on many different levels of the game on both men’s and women game at Kirkwood, Goldey-Beacom and the PDL level.
