- Teams must have competed or are competing in a USYS qualifying cup league and played in a division of 4 or more teams for the 2023-2024 season
- If 2 or more teams in an age group apply, teams would self-schedule games. No entry fee, however, both teams would be responsible for referee fees, field rental, ref assigning fees, etc.
- Registration to open by Feb 1st and close March 15th
- All games would need to be completed no later than May 1
- The champion would advance to the East Region NCS tournament in Barboursville and Charleston, WV
- Entry fee for the East Region NCS is the responsibility of the Championship team and is due to DYSA no later than May 5
- If there is a second team in an age group and the team wishes to be considered as a wildcard, team must notify DYSA no later than May 1
- Entry fees: 12U 9 v 9 is $1000 and 13U and above is $1450
- East Region NCS will be held from June 26 to July 3
- June 27-Day 1 group play
- June 28-Day 2 group play
- June 29-Day 3 group play
- June 30-
- July 1
- July 2
- July 3 -Finals for age groups of 20
- Should a team advance to the National Event-July at Disney Wide World of Sports, all fees are the responsibility of the team
If your team is U9 to U11 and you are interested in competing in State Cup, we will use the same format as above, however, teams do not advance to a regional competition.
