The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Philadelphia is one of 17 U.S. cities bidding to host matches during the FIFA World Cup 2026™, which has been awarded to the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Only 10 U.S. Cities are expected to be selected.

Philadelphia Soccer 2026, the official World Cup bid committee, is chaired by David L. Cohen, Senior Executive Vice President of Comcast Corporation. With representatives from the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau and its PHL Sports division, the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Union, and the regional soccer community, including Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer, Philadelphia Soccer 2026 reflects the regional support and enthusiasm for bringing the World Cup to Philadelphia.

On July 10, Philadelphia Soccer 2026 presented the city’s official bid to representatives from FIFA and U.S. Soccer, marking a significant step forward in this exciting process. We are hopeful that we will be  able to welcome delegations from FIFA and U.S. Soccer for site visits in 2020-21 and FIFA hopes to recommend and select the final 10 U.S. cities later in 2021.

What are we asking from the Regional Soccer Community?
DYSA has partnered with EPYSA and they are in need of our help! We hope you will help us promote this exciting opportunity for the City of Philadelphia and the surrounding communities by utilizing the links, images, and other resources provided in this toolkit. These assets will help amplify Philadelphia’s World Cup Bid Efforts and to encourage fans to “Join Our Team”, by asking the community to add their name on the website, Philadelphia2026.com, to help bring the 2026 FIFA World Cup to Philadelphia!

What are the Action Steps?
We want each partner to use the approved Marketing Assets to keep the momentum and the community engaged in our 2026 World Cup bid efforts
on their own platforms.  Also retweet and share all EPYS content regarding our World Cup efforts.
