Tournament play is governed by FIFA rules. | |
|
|
|
Only non-carded players may participate. | |
|
|
|
All games will consist of two (2) 25 minute halves*, except U10 will play 20 minute halves*. Five minutes will be allowed for half time. The clock will keep running at all times. | * unless modified at the host site |

|
A game ball must be provided by the home team. | |
|
|
|
There will be NO PROTESTS! | |
|
|
|
Games will be played in the rain unless notified by the tournament committee. Once games are started only the referee can terminate a game. Games will be considered official for tournament standings after the first half of play. | |
|
|
|
A team (U12 and older) must field a minimum of seven (7) players for each game, otherwise the team must forfeit the game. | |
|
|
|
Any player or coach who is red carded will be barred from the tournament's next game. | |
|
|
|
Any spectator who is interfering with the orderly flow of a game by action or words will be barred from the fields for the remainder of the tournament. Any player red carded for a serious foul (fighting, etc....) will be barred from the remainder of the tournament. | |
|
|
|
All teams must be insured while participating in the tournament. | |
|
|
|
Semi-finals and finals, if tied after regulation time, will play two complete five minute overtime periods. If still tied, the game will be decided by sudden death play with no keepers. | |
|
|
|
Opposing teams, coaches and spectators must be located on opposite sides of the field during play. | |
|
|
|
Shin guards must be worn by all players. All uniforms must be of the same color. If two teams have the same color jerseys, the home team (first on schedule) must either change shirts or wear scrimmage vests. | |
|
|
|
Scoring - Standings will be determined by the following system. 3 pts. for a win, 1 pt. for a tie, 0 pts. for a loss. In the event the standings are tied the following tie breakers will be used: | |

Goal differential (+ or - a maximum of 3). | |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Sudden death match with no keepers. | |
|
|
|
In the event of a tie with more then 2 teams Head-to-Head will be skipped. Once a team is eliminated from the tie and 2 or more teams remain the tie breakers are started over until only one team remains. If an odd number of teams remain at the sudden death match, then a coin will be tossed to determine which team will have a bye and play the winner of the first sudden death match. | |

|
No player, coach or spectator will be allowed within 18 yards of the goal-line. | |
|
|
|
Matches will be referred by a three-man system whenever possible. Club linesmen may be asked to work the lines by the referee. A three-man system will be used in the semi-final and final games. | |
|
|
|
All Champions and Finalists in the U14 U16, and U18 age groups will receive individual trophies. All players in the U10 and U12 age groups will receive particiaption awards. | |
