2007-2008 Tournament Team link. Teams that wish to form for the purpose of attending a tournament, but otherwise are not engaged in league play.
2008-2009 Tournament Team link. Teams that wish to form for the purpose of attending a tournament, but otherwise are not engaged in league play.
Players will need to supply the following:
- Birth Certificate (needed if player did not play in Delaware last year)
- Photo (passport size or smaller)
- All required out of state documents (player and team information completed and form signed by out of state official)
- appropriate DYSA fee
Registrars are unable to card a player with blank forms! It's the player/parent's responsibility to contact the out of state office and obtain all appropriate forms.
