The Blue Star Sports Team will be making a presentation at our March 21st meeting. This is a great opportunity to view the new system and have any questions you may have answered. A mini training session will be provided. (For those that cannot attend, there will be a webinar on March 24). We will be holding this meeting at the Sheraton Wilmington South, 365 Airport Road, New Castle, DE 19720 beginning at 6:30 PM. NOTE THE VENUE AND TIME CHANGE
DYSA will be providing heavy hors d’ oeuvres, coffee, tea and soft drinks. We will need a head count of attendees prior to the meeting. Please provide the names of your attendees to Laura Sturdivant, at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 15. Each club may bring a maximum of 4 attendees. The club administrator/registrar that will be responsible for the system is strongly encouraged to attend.
Please note: DYSA will be using this system for the registration of all travel players, ODP players, leagues and tournaments that we maintain. This system is free to all clubs and will give you the opportunity to have your recreational and travel players in one database, create league schedules and tournament schedules. We hope you will take advantage of this new registration program.
