Henelopen Soccer Club has had a great loss. Warren Beideman (Coach B) has passed away. Many in the Delaware soccer community remember Warren always being there and doing what was right for the players. He was a true soccer advocate. He always had a smile on his face. REGION I Coaching Symposium REGISTRATION OPEN!
It is important to get representation from all of our states. DELAWARE COACHES, PLEASE REGISTER. Registration is open to any of the USYS coaches in our states - not just ODP or state staff coaches. As a reminder "A" license coaches can receive 2 CEU credits for attending the entire symposium and doing a short written assignment (this is a new criteria form US Soccer for getting CEUs). Lew Atkinson, DYSA Director of Coaching will be inducted into the Region I Hall of Fame on October 15 in Boston, Massachusetts. Lew has inspired many players and coaches in our little state. He has been our volunteer Director of Coaching since 1995. He holds many licenses, has coached at all levels, has played the game, is currently on the National Coaching Staff and Regional Coaching Staff and has written several publications.
